Payment of Removal Charges Unless you have our written agreement to the contrary you must pay us in cleared funds in advance of the removal and may not withhold any part of the agreed price.
We reserve the right to terminate the contract and withhold our services if payment is not received before the removal date. Failure to comply with our payment terms will also mean that we will not insure liability for your goods.
Interest at 2% per month, calculated on a daily basis, is charged on all overdue accounts.
Methods of Payment
Personal cheque:
At point of booking, or no less than 10 days prior to removal
Credit / Debit card: (2% booking fee)
At point of booking, or no less than 10 days prior to removal
Bankers Draft / Building society cheque:
At point of booking or no less than 10 days prior to removal
Postponements/Cancellations
If you postpone or cancel your contract we may charge you according to how
much notice you provide prior to the agreed removal date:-

Less than 24 hours: |
100% of the total removal charge |
