Our main priority is the health and safety of our customers, staff and the public at large, and so in line with Department for Transport guidance for our sector and in response to customer demand, we have formulated new delivery procedures in light of Covid-19.
Our teams are equipped with full PPE, we run daily temperature checks on all customer facing staff and our teams adhere to social distancing where possible.
At present, we are offering the following 2 options in relation to the delivery of orders.
With the ongoing uncertainty regarding the ever changing local and national lockdown restrictions we anticipate that our availability from November through to Christmas will be more challenging than normal.
Therefore we would advise organising your delivery date at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment. We will endeavour to deliver all outstanding orders by Christmas however in order to do so we will be implementing cut off dates for orders that are already in stock within the warehouse to ensure all orders are dispatched in time for Christmas
Our installation teams will continue to operate in accordance with government guidelines. We have implemented safety precautions across our business to ensure the safety of staff and customers.
