Welcome to our Access Check Service. To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our valued customers, we have established the following policies regarding access checks. These policies are designed with your satisfaction and the safety of our team and your belongings in mind.

Clear Uninhibited Access: We kindly request unobstructed access at/to the property, within the property, and into the designated room of choice. This helps our delivery team navigate seamlessly, ensuring a hassle-free process.

Access Checks Timing: Access checks are scheduled post-completion of building or structural works. Please be advised that ongoing construction may impact our ability to guarantee access checks. We appreciate your understanding in allowing us to conduct checks under optimal conditions.

Measuring Items in Advance: To facilitate precise measurements, we ask for information about items needing delivery before the access check. This proactive communication ensures our team is well-prepared, allowing accurate assessment and planning for a successful delivery.

Inability to Retrospectively Check Items: Regrettably, retrospective checks for items cannot be performed after our team has left the property. To avoid inconvenience, we encourage you to communicate all relevant details before our team arrives for the access check.

Specialist Delivery Charges: If a conventional delivery with two manual personnel is deemed unachievable during the access check, subsequent visits for specialist delivery may be necessary. These specialised services, such as mechanical hoisting or split frame upholstery, may incur additional charges. This is to ensure the secure delivery of your furniture in challenging scenarios.
